Hi KIDL, Canadian rules and regulations impact all exploration companies. A company may make a significant discovery, spend umteen millions of dollars proving it up, and still have the giant hurdle of overcoming environmental impact studies, ethnic claims issues, and land use provisions etc., etc. I think that Inco and several other companies have been mentioned, but as a NWT example, simply look at Aber. These rigid governmental regulations only serve to further undermine an already hard hit sector. All the best Surething
