Tom - I don't know much about Micro$oft's plans. Adobe has a very loyal customer base and pretty solid products in Illustrator, Photoshop, Pagemaker, etc. A lot of Adobe customers are current/former Mac heads, and as such wouldn't be quick to jump to M$. M$ may be able to jump start their efforts by buying Macromedia, Metacreations, or others, but I wouldn't count on that.

The bigger question for me is what is Adobe's strategy to improve top-line growth? I can't recall the last significant new product (not new version of old product) that Adobe released. Acrobat - 4 years ago?

If there is a severe reaction tomorrow, I think there is a good chance for a decent bounce.
