IMHO (make that very H) - the best time to buy is when ALL
the sellers have done their thing...volume dries up and the
stock just ambles aimlessly...then a reaccumulation starts...

I agree. However at this time most continue to have a strong feeling of buying HWP at these prices!!

In my humble opinion when HWP hits $39-$44/shr, that is when the people wanting to buy and those wanting to sell kind of break even in numbers. And that is when I sould start adding to my position.
