Len, Frankly I'm more surprised when they act unprofessionally, because it's so much in their interests to respond professionally. If they don't transfer my stocks expeditiously they will be committing another malicious act against me as a customer which tells against them within the investment community and which makes them vulnerable to charges of violating their trust. Even though I know they've had serious lapses of professionalism, I naively expect them to shape up. I do have an ingenuous streak, I know. Linda
