If at the present time I own Glow at .22 avg. and in the next 90 days it goes to say .60/share I've tripled my money! So far I haven't found
a problem with that....regardless of what you or I think of the company.
Not every company is a dell or ibm or chrysler, but you can still make
money on almost any company..thats the bottom line! I guess you just need to know how to do it.

For not investing in Glow you sure spend alot of time on it.
WHY?

Regards,

Bob Harris

It seems to me that there was a gradual change in the original plan. If you look at the press releases you can see the change:

July 7th:
Global Games Corp.(OTC BB:GLOW) announced today that a signed Letter of Acceptance has been received from the Commonwealth of Dominica, West Indies, to design and build a full virtual casino to be owned by the government of Dominica.

July 15th:
Global Games Corp. confirmed today that the Commonwealth of Dominica's Casino and Sports Book will use software from Global Games and should be operational for the opening weekend of the National Football League season.

July 30th:
Global Games Corp. announced today it has signed a formal Internet software license agreement with Island Sports Book and Casino, Commonwealth of Dominica, West Indies.

August 7th:
Global Games Corp. reported today that the Island Sports Book and Casino of Dominica has informed Global Games that its Internet web site at Islandgaming.net will be up and operational Monday, August 10.

It looks to me that the government of Dominica has changed their participation in order to be a more passive partner in this collaboration.

Bob, do you believe that GLOW does not have an agreement with Island Sports Book and Casino of Dominica?

If they have the agreement with another entity other than the government; it's not as good as everyone would like, but it still performs the same function.

My feeling about your news letter is different from many others on this thread. I think some of it is good. I don't like the fact that you have GLOW on your Blivit. On a whole I think of it as another source of information on stocks.

You should not be surprised about the way some people react to your posts. People don't want to hear negative things about a stock they ALREADY have money invested in. The sequence of events left a lot to be desired. You post GLOW on your Blivit, then you ask US for information about GLOW. Lack of information does not make GLOW a bad company.

Mike

BTW - This is my real name.

Gennaro,

The Independent is a small island newspaper, which is normally published in paper form
on Wednesday. Its web site, which is managed by someone else, is updated each
Friday around noon. I know this for a fact since I have been watching this web site since
I first began following GLOW several weeks ago.

Yesterday, the web page was not updated at noon, and had still not been updated when
I looked again fairly late in the afternoon. Since I had other "peas on my platter" I did
not have a chance to look at it until about 1:00 PM today. Some time between
yesterday around 3:00 PM and today at 1:00, the article was published on the site. Until
that time, the lead article from the week before - which concerned a prisoner in the local
jail who married a somewhat older English lady while still incarcerated - was still on the
web site.

The article in The Independent specifically includes a hypertext link to the GLOW July
30th press release, and it specifically states that, as of its publication, the Minister of
Finance, Industry and Planning for the Commonwealth of Dominica has not signed any
type of an "agreement" with GLOW. In addition, the article makes it clear that Mr
Timothy first needs to take any such agreement "to Cabinet" for their approval.

Further, it fairly evident that the Commonwealth of Dominica is not expecting to receive
$9,000,000 as its portion of the proceeds from the GLOW relationship. In fact, their
expectations from their existing licensing agreements with the six internet casinos which
are domaciled there is only EC$3,240,000, or about US$1.2 million in the coming year.

Since the Commonwealth is planning a bond issue to raise about US$7.4 million for
housing (yes, I actually read the local papers down there...) the sudden arrival of
US$9.0 million would create a bit of excitement. Since that "excitement" has not been
reported in the local press, it seems safe to assume that there is nothing here to get
excited about.

You have still not apologized for your claim that no contract existed.
Your web site has changed on a number of occasions since the original reporting of the incident, always with your negative spin.

You apparently decided long ago on your opinion of GLOW and nothing will change that opinion.

Ask yourself this, This agreement calls for the Government of Dominica to receive 10%, currently projected to be 9 million dollars, are you suggesting that an agreement has not been reached with the government over this ????? Are you still asserting that no agreement exists.

Your reporting on this claimed that contrary to the July 30 press release that no contract existed and that the company had openly lied about it's existence. (Read your own words above !!!!!) and you have the nerve to come to this forum and state "It is always nice to be vindicated. And there is no need for anyone to apologize to me." VINDICATED, NO NEED FOR AN APOLOGY ?????, you have some nerve.

Here's your apology, I'm sorry that you have proven that you are not man enough to admit when you are wrong. I have yet to read one word on your website to counter your original statement that no contract existed. Now you can spin this any way you want, but those who were here throughout this sorry incident know what happened.

Bob Davis,

Now, having said what I said in the previous post, Let's continue with me.

I made the same mistake you did !!!

I too believed the July 30 agreement was with the GOVERNMENT of DOMINICA, with the government sponsoring the actual casino.

But, with the recent clarifications I realize that was incorrect.

When I make a mistake, I readily admit it.

Will You ????

Bob, you said...

I'm more interested in the spin that the GLOW-worms will try to put on this...

I'd like to know where you learned how to spin. Did you used to work in Clinton's administration?

....you know, those "gentlemen" who just a week ago repeatedly called me a liar ...

Bob, I was one of those "gentlemen" who called you a liar. And, I stand by my assessment of you. Bob, you are a friggin' LIAR!! AND, you also have a short memory and a propensity to not allow the facts to get in your way. I'm going to give you another opportunity to ignore the facts.

I'm sorry, Bob! I gave you ample opportunity to print a retraction. I warned you I would not be easy on you as I have been on others because I hold you to a higher standard. You have failed to follow through on your obligation to be a stand-up guy. I have no choice but to expose you for what you are!

Those who have come to know me over the past several weeks are aware that I am very judicious with the term "liar". I have yet to accuse ANYONE of committing a lie, even in the face of substantial circumstantial evidence.

Bob Davis, you are a LIAR!

And, I'll prove it!

In post # 5825 Message 5400630 you said. . .

I'm sorry but your preceding statement is not correct.

That statement was a response to Bodie's post #5823, in which he said. . .

Wrong. The article refers to July 7 press release. Bobs whole premise is based on his believing the interview took place after the 30 July release, and therefore the belief that Julius Timothy was refuting the 30 July article. You and Bob are wrong, and he still persists.

Now, let's just take a look at your post #5603 to Endwrench, shall we? Message 5384128

Guys,
I suggest that you look at the article in The Independent....really, really hard....
If you do you will see a HTML link to the July 30th GLOW press release. Mr. Julius Timothy is specifically refuting GLOW's July 30th press release.
I'm sorry but I had already looked at that specific issue before I ever made my first post. I specifically wanted to make sure exactly "what" Mr. Timothy was refuting.

Bob, I made a very simple request to you. I merely asked that you RETRACT your assertion and issue an apology. You have now gotten yourself in deeper water. Bob, I suggest you begin making amends ASAP!!
