Lets look at what we do have: 1) "The Turbodyne technology, which was acquired for stock worth less than $500,000, is merely a supercharger that is driven by an electric motor instead of a belt." 2) In the last five years, Turbodyne has claimed deals with 12 different companies in over 14 different countries. No manufacturer has ever incorporated a single Turbodyne product in a new engine or vehicle." 3) Turbodyne has been promoting the sales potential of its Turbodyne products technological breakthrough for over five years. During this period, it has had no sales of Turbodyne products. 4) In fact, the vast majority of Turbodyne's 44.2 million fully diluted shares were created through below market private sales to insiders who then resold the shares to the public without further disclosure to the buyers. 5) Turbodyne's upcoming initial Form 10-Q will require a more detailed risk section and significantly greater disclosures, which will be damaging to Turbodyne's factually deficient stock promotion. I don't need a further report. What in this shortened version do you find lacking? In the words of Warren Buffett. "Don't let them complicate it." MB

Also, SOLV when it was 22, before it fell below 1. ERGB at 14, before it fell below 1. KRY at 7, before it fell below 1. CCSI near 11, now 5. ZONA at 34, now 19. AVNT at 29 now 15. ABTE at 15, now 9. WDRY at 26, now 17. BTIM at 13, now 6 1/4. BVF at 32 1/4, now 32. CTSC at 17, now 0 11/16. ISEE at 8 1/8, now 4 11/16. Oh, and let's not forget TRBD at 15 13/16, now 9. Barb
