You forgot one:

All Portals (except XCIT) license the shop bots from AMZN.

Many more people currently go to these sites for
all sorts of reasons. Shop bots at these sites will have many visitors.
Amzn will try to attract visitors by dint of its reputation selling books (and music).
Portals will try to attract visitors by dint of a wide array of services.
Amzn overpays for its acquistions.
LCOS down, YHOO down, XCIT down, AOL down, AMZN up.

Oh, I understand.

LP,
Please explain this to me. I do not seem to get it. I know I should but I cannot and need tutoring.
