Hard to tell, but 12 would be oversold, IMO. This time last year the stock was trading around 18-19 dollars a share with a 12 month outlook of -05 cents a share, without Integrion, Visa, or AT&T. I would hope that the company should be worth at least what it was 12 months ago. Maybe I'm wrong, who knows.

Absolutely No Way this stock tanks to 12-14. A few points and it wouldn't surprise me is see it sink less. Stock is already down from 31.
