First let me state all information given on this response is UCSI's---the Big "O"----opinion and is not the manufacturers or suppliers of 'WINDOWS, THIN CLIENTS, NETWORK COMPUTERS, ETC.

All the manufacturers are now in a race to get market share. Why, we finally are getting Microsoft's product, first releases, and my good partners CITRIX products. This has opened up the barn for thin clients. As any new releases it will take a little time for people to come up with marketing plans, products, and WHY you should purchase "MINE". What else has changed is the way CITRIX and MICROSOFT products (software) is sold to the channel and their relationship with software "formerly" sold by Insignia and NCD.

Neoware "software" was Insignia and really developed around MAC's and X. UNIX opportunities and "heavy", Heavy---er overhead and RAM requirements.

NCD WINCENTER PRO fairly well the same as NEOWARE Insignia product.

Now Citrix has in general terms provided the features in Metaframe that you couldn't get with WINFRAME----with the following--"except"-- if you want X you purchase a package from NCD---with connect features. This is the simple version of what happened.

Revenues on these products for NEOWARE AND NCD are going to be ??????. NCD IS DOING something about the problem. At this point so much is going on I will leave it at this for NCD. I can't really say what NEOWARE is going to do or has done, except UCSI will not concentrate on NEOWARE products after September 30th.

Wyse and Boundless appear to be moving rapidly to provide solutions for all areas of 'thin clients'. Both of these companies 'appear' to be doing very well.

IBM has now developed a channel program---more on this later.

Techtronics is developing a channel program---???????????????.

Mobile/Wireless "thin clients" are comming-----UCSI will be making some announcements this month.

Other manufacturers have entered the "thin client market"---UCSI has looked at most of these products.

Overall everything is picking up------not down.

Your question on Boundless getting 5,000 units this quarter----come on now---with everyone reading this web and UCSI as the leader for "Boundless", NEOWARE, "NCD" and "WYSE' I won't give numbers. UCSI expects lots of business-----for everyone---including new releases coming from UCSI.

BIG "O"
