For a number of months (as far back as last October, if memory serves) cries of "Wolf! Wolf!" have regularly failed to produce a wolf. (Although, for a heady while there was a bull, but nary a wolf.) But what if the deal is next month with a substantial distributor/manufacturer but gives CCSI an 8% licensing fee? Would shorts be happy? Would longs rejoice?
