Richard, No I don't expect a press release for every little thing. However, If Maxam has completed a 500 Lb. test and the results were so bad that they have reverted to 750 gram tests again, I think that these indicate bad news which they should report. Now, you can say if they were true they would report them. However, the air permit in Maricopa County has been sitting there for about 6 weeks. That has been confirmed. I thought, according to Runyon that the permit was the only thing holding up production. And, no I am not going to call him. You yourself have posted that you put little faith in direct correspondence with management. Come October, I believe they are one year behind on minimal production promises. Tim
