At this point, year-end makes sense to me. Near Christmas, and at the end of the year, major purchases like computers seem to be in the forefront of the consumer's mind. The bottom line is marketing. Marketing done successfully is that done with timing. I wouldn't want to be just another coal tossed within the e-commerce fire. A lot of great news items lately on security, but a lot of negative action is on the average investor's mind---LIKE the Asian Market, the big dips in our market, the Clinton entertainment-----all of these things, whether they relate to our economy, or not, are none-the-less inevitable distractions which take away from the momentum of some nicely placed news. Let all of this garbage settle down, even the overflow of the internet security issues THEN at the end of the year, a more properly placed marketing attack can commence.---even one that makes reference back to the internet security issues that the targeted consumers have been hearing about for the last few months. I've been in sales for 10 years, I've read a ton on marketing. I've taken many economics classes and it all boils down to supply and demand, and it can't be pre-maturely addressed, nor can you come to the party late. I think the Spragues know EXACTLY what they're doing. If news pans out before then, so be it,----e-commerce is wide-open ground---tons of room for the wave meter, after all, we don't have one internet service, or one computer, hell--not even one operating system, and better yet====our baby seems to fit nicely in the security beauty pageant----the Gerber meter Suck in that chest soldier, wet-suits on! Flotsam/Jetsom out!
