I spoke with Kumar last night and he pretty much confirmed what you heard. He was unusually reticent to discuss anything too specific, but he did say ISV was in talks with more than one company, that there was a prototype test kit, and no negotiations were stalled because of anything Insite did or did not do (or had to do). He said he was very "enthusiastic" and believed stockholders' patience would be rewarded. Cash should be OK through the end of the year. I expect a deal or two before then. While Kumar wouldn't confirm or deny, the best info I have is that something will get done by the end of September. As noted in an earlier post, I got that from Mike Baer. BTW, Mike lost his dad recently and has been on leave. My condolences Mike. Bob
