allan & all, i see no shortage of cheap money, or gas. (sic oil0
so here is my first serious post in a while.
i have gone thru some of my.. ok all of my losing trades. i found that most were due to my lack of standing behind the larger bets with an options security blanket. I also see that i traded way to much, and way too fast.
I will be placing some small amounts of money with various brokers. if they won't allow a straddle then, i will have to use two brokers for that and other brokers for options. it will takea while to set up.
I will also begin starting a few different startegies and some discussion of why i did or do what ido. maybe some of you guys will help me from making the mistakes i made, maybe you will help me continue the winning streaks that i incurred.
I do know this, i will not be putting a large port6ion of my funds in the market. I can't i locked up money earmarked for the future and towncars.com.
regards
to all.

<< I am soliciting input for stocks that maybe ripe. >>

I've been following SEEC. They've been labled a Y2K company even though they have other products, although they are profiting from a good Y2K product.

Currently trading at a market cap of less than cash in the bank, but are profitable. Last quarter was flat and that seemed to overly spook investors. Good growth prior quarters.

That's my favorite "value play" right now. :-) Any earnings at all will surely affect the stock price at these levels.
