Bob, get that prospectus, you need to know all about it. I'm happy as a pig in mud getting it at 29 15/16, and you did better, i hope, the shares should adjust tomorrow, down by div., amount. also a good time to buy for long term, Shares are accruable meaning if Board of Dir, for buz reasons with hold div (don't pay), that amount is owed you, but if that happens, shares will go to 20, sell the house and wife then and buy til hands bleed. Oh, OH just this second a pretty good earthquake here, 7;12 am, Carmel Valley, CA. good luck, earning 12+% for next few years shouldn't hurt, while we wait for some good news.
