Clark, looking only at the external evidence your perception seems right on target. IMO the company is walking a fine line on the funding issue. They have a responsibility to maintain shareholder value as high as possible and desire a high stock price. Who owns most of the stock? What would be the market reaction if they publicly said they need funding? Who would take advantage of that announcement? Would the stock price go up? I do know that Mr. Runyon will discuss all issues with everyone on one to one communication. I also don't think that there are any serious technical problems, of course I could be wrong, but I didn't get that impression there were problems in my recent conversations with Dale. In fact, my respect for their competence on developing desert dirt mining only increases the more I learn about their technology. <<some degree of comfort>> I agree all the metal stocks look the same as Maxam's, but I take no comfort seeing my current investment portfolio, even in the company of majors. <VBG>
