Phil, I don't know that ag. is that efficient, there are a lot of farmers jumping on them auction block now, while they can still get a
decent price for their equipment. You know how it is, the first one out the door is OK, after that?????
I think a great deal of people wish to do it for a "quality of life" or that is all they know/understand. with every passing year there are fewer family farms just as there are less family fishing operations, and gold mines.
IMHO This whole thing of bigger is the only good investment has to end somewhere. In the end there will never again be another MSFT or GM or???? if someone somewhere is not prepared to take a chance on the little guy.
If they kill "The Dream" it is all over.
