Will,

TSEMF has already been mentioned. It is an interesting company,particularly given forecasts for major losses that will eat some of that cash. And there is the small matter of their parent having to restate its financials, which creates some uncertainty around whether the numbers are reliable.

Has anyone followed it closely enough to have opinions positive or negative?
