I will be asleep at the open - please start without me

Another late night - back after lunch and I want to see the ticker screaming by then :-)

(1) I sent a PM to David Carlson with regard to the last four words of the title of the News which were missing. He receives his News via ISDN Wire Service - who show the full title at their web site.

fin-info.com

(2) I've sent Yahoo! Finance an e-mail (cc'd to Jason) asking them to correct the reference they have to NIR trading exclusively on the VSE. It's at the base of the NIR News page.

biz.yahoo.com

They show NIR as NIR.V with a hyperlink to NIR.V trading info and chart :-( That data shows one trade on 29 July for 2.12 for 1,500 shares - which was down 0.88 - from the last trade of 3.00 - which was a while before this one?

Q. When will Napier remove NIR completely from the VSE. What are these small trades all about? What advantage is there for someone to buy just 1,500 @ 2.12 for a single trade on the VSE that day - and nothing since - what's going on?

(3) The products continue to make their way into the stores - here's some DD from Jay in Winnipeg, Manitoba.

Charon SV-35 8/11/98 / 5:38:51

Phoned a Glidden store here in Winnipeg today to see if they had any SV--35. Sure enough, they did...both SV35/A and SV-35/C. They sold it in 5 litre pails for $10 per litre, as Hydrostrip 500. They told me they would spill off a litre of each for me, so I bought both for $20 total.

They were very friendly and seemed knowledgeable of the product in terms of usage. They also gave me a bunch of literature along with it.

After hearing about the product so much, it's cool to actually have some, to be able to test it, etc.

I've already tried it on a piece of aluminum, not sure what kind of paint it was though...but it worked like a charm. Rubbed it on with my finger (no irritation, burning), and after only 3-4 minutes the paint was wrinkled...I wiped it off with a paper towel and it left bare metal.

I'm planning to test it on many different paints and materials...my sister wants to try it as nail polish remover tonight. I'll post my findings at a later time, maybe next week, as I'm sure people will have plenty to talk about over the next while anyways.
