Bird, I'm sorry but, DGIV, is not in the "same industry" as smart-talk per se. DGIV is in the International IP-Telephony/fax/data/multimedia communications business. Not just simple LD telephone services.

Dgiv, has confirmable contracts, just ask the German Government, or The SEC who have confirmed the press releases, such as the purchase of the Indonesian Phone company.

There have been no "outlandish claims by "DIGITCOM" however, Research experts, Forester and Company, have given these estimates not DGIV, so to insinuate that they made an outlandish claim of "20 Billion by 2000" is ludicrous.

There are no Intergration Problems, witness the formal approval of their technology by the Russian Science federation and the subsequent contract with the German government as well as the COUNTRY of Mordovia, all confirmable. Also, witness the acceptance of their UINIVERSAL IP-TELEPHONY ITU standard compliant technology everywhere JC, has gone DUH...

DGIV, does not have any business problems, to insinuate that they do is Slander and you can be held Libel if, you do not have proof.
tread lightly bird...

Again Mr Bird, please do a bit more homework before presenting such
obvious erroneous analogies.

1. You say SMTK is in same industry as DGIV. Wrong! DGIV is in VoIP, SMTK is in prepaid phone cards!

2. You claim that SMTK has "Unconfirmable FOREIGN agreements and "
Integration problems. i.e. Worldwide Direct merger." Beats me, ask the SMTK people. All I see is that there is a class action lawsuit because their management sold off "$52 million of their own SmarTalk stock and so that SmarTalk could successfully raise $125 million in a notes offering". DGIV MANAGEMENT HAS NOT SOLD A SINGLE SHARE!

3. You say "Outlandish predictions. i.e. $20 billion by the year 2000" I have no idea what they predicted over in SMTK. The predictions we have used are industry accepted, by Pulver, who is the leading analyst in this industry! Even the major telcos who are scrambling for a piece of the VoIP market go with Pulver's figure!

Your "logic," to use the word loosely, boils down to:

A. SMTK is in same industry (wrong)
B. SMTK management is crooked (I don't know, that is irrelevant to DGIV)
C. Therefore, DGIV is a bad investment. (faulty conclusion)

In logic class 101, they would not even have a name for your faulty logic, because it is so far out in left field. But then, what can we expect from someone who thinks we are part of a boiler room cabal of hypsters and bashers.

Bird, you are not only making yourself look pretty deficient in the intelligence department, but you are actually helping DGIV because of the incompetence you have displayed in attacking DGIV as a company and us as investors. You would do much better by keeping quiet and letting people at least think you might be intelligent. But when you post the way you do you remove all doubt. Why don't you wait for a competent basher to come along, then you can try to short on his/her coat tails? You might be more successful, though I doubt it.

Let's see AT&T, MCI, Qwest, Sprint, the Regional Bells and many other companies are in the same industry too. Better take a course in Logic.
1. You're a human. (DGIV is in the same industry.)
2. Some humans scam people. (Some companies scam people.)
3. Therefore you scam people. (Therefore DGIV is scamming people.)
(The conclusion does not follow from 1 and 2.)
