That is correct. It is the 11th hour convertible Class B shares. There is a six month waiting period on the conversion. You can get a copy of the Articles of Incorporation at the Florida site (for those interested).

You are right Janice. My mistake. It should be 11th Hour Software... Hard to keep track of things with 2 subsidiaries to watch out for... too much litter dust. Thanks for setting the record straight. Rhonda
