Art I'm not trying to pessimistic but 33 million shares is 30% more shares, my stock in theory could be worth 30% less. Is this bank just setting themselves up to sell these because they want to be ready for a pop? I love this concept i've got a fair profit here my average cost is only 1.70 and could lock in a profit. I feel that they are going to get the financing they need soon and I hate to miss it but dilution concerns me.
