The suspension officially ends tomorrow; the SEC doesn't have to make an announcement, and won't. MTEI, if it wants to trade again, must assemble the material required under Rule 15c2-11, and then find a market maker willing to sign off on it. Since part of the material required has to do with the company's asset value, and Dunn hasn't yet completed its surveys, I don't think this is in the cards. But I have no idea whether management will issue a press release tomorrow or not.
