Doug, TCEL: I show a MIM date of 10/16/97 on absolutely massive volume, 20 times the daily average. I also show a BO date of 3/30/98 also on very heavy volume. Unless my data is way wrong, but Dial Data has been pretty good for the most part. You say one thing that stands out to you in TCEL is the lack of volume. If anything, this one has the largest volume on the critical points of the MIMBO than any I've seen so far. Still showing the downtrend of the MIMBO and the first ACT to intersect in a day or so.
