Djane, re-ASND/SRA buyout, and I own them both. Do you have any idea what the exactly deal is, 844M or floating price base on .75 ASND share? It seem to me that SRA moving same direction with ASND since announcement. Thanks. Duke.

WSJ. Lucent Unveils Business Program interactive.wsj.com Lucent Technologies Inc., Basking Ridge, N.J., said its business communications systems unit of unveiled its BusinessPartner program, which focuses on recruiting resellers. Lucent said the program seeks to increase its U.S. network of 1,000 dealers, distributors and value-added resellers by at least 40% this year. Lucent designs, builds and delivers public and private networks, communications systems and software, data networking systems, business telephone systems and microelectronic components.
