FGII Decline,

Probably short sellers in response to the big drop in crude. Crude will be up today and the shorts will be covering.

"Value" Investors should instruct their brokers to disable their margin account and make it a cash account only. Market-Makers/Brokerages are not allowed to borrow shares from Cash accounts for short sellers. Think about it. They borrow your shares and then sell short. If you are buying on margin, they are charging you interest and then shorting your shares. Helluva deal.

FGII with 24.49m shares outstanding and only 11.8m shares FLOAT, is an easy target for market machinations. By having cash accounts only, Value Investors (long term) can reduce REAL FLOAT significantly.
