Tippet; Good point, the small investor is not likely to convert,
as the cost of selling the underlying in it would not make
it worth while, but it does tend to keep them more in step with
the index ( adjusted for currency swings ).
There is a url that tracks the discount / premium, I've put them
on the back burner of my interest list.
Right now I see KIF as a better bargain than any web, I don't
have time to get into why.
