Willy, did you ever buy NRPI?? Here is the latest from S4T. >>NATIONAL REHAB PROPERTIES (NRPI) $.34 + .01 We have been getting calls from you that there is no stock available on the bid or between the bid and ask. I have seen that the offers are starting to go away and above the $.34 offer there is only one other offer below the $.40 breakout area. The compnay is ready to start the new construction project in Miami this month. I think you will see the Company change its focus to the construction of new homes over the rehabs that it has been doing. The profit margin is double for the new homes and there is a much larger market for afforsable new homes. The 100 homes targeted for the next 12 months will give NRPI $.20 in earnings. That means the stock is trading at an estimated PE of less than 2. Since ther is no stock available off the bid, it is time to start taking out the offers. From the calls I received this weekend, I think we should see a brakout above $.40 shortly. If you look at the chart, there has been a nearly 100% rally every time this stock starts to move. Over the past month longer term investors have been accumulating the stock. There are probably less than 500,000 shares that are away from insiders and long term players. For anyone with a time horizon of more than a few weeks, we could see a move to the $2.00 area based on earnings of $.20. The last two times we had this formation a quick rally to the $.75-.80 range occured in a matter of just a few weeks. << JOE
