I agree with you on your take but believe that parents need all the help they can get with all the insensitive TV programs out there. Read somewhere that children under a certain age (might have been 11), cannot separate what is real and pretend. Look at all the movie stars(and cartoon characters) who do not die or are invincible. If a character is killed in one program they will always turn up on screen somewhere else. Where is the reality here. Violence begets violence.
