Larry, Mark (to address both posts) I think you have mis-read, or perhaps I stated my point too ambiguously. I once almost hired an engineer with an impeccable resume. He interviewed very well and everyone who spoke with him agreed that he was the right guy for the job. Well, some background checks painted a different picture and we opted not to make him an offer. So... my point was that a resume is sometimes meaningless.... and even worse very misleading. Did I say that John or Jeremy mis-stated their qualifications.... no ! The only thing that counts now (IMHO) is what happens from here on out. So... I'm sorry you took offense, but it was a result of your inferences ... not my implications. Paul
