Plus GCTY showed a lot of strength for a real ugly market yesterday. CMGI's stock price a lot of times would follow LCOS.

Now it will follow GCTY's stock price.

GCTY will take off more today. I say it hits $50.

Ayahuasca:

While I do not disagree that CMGI continues to be a good long term prospect, my post speculates on the near term, next 6-8 months. In this period there is lull in CMGI's offerings and I expect the Market to take a hit due to Asia/Currency woes. In such a down turn, internet stocks are usually hit the hardest.

I also agree that the dynamics of investing has greatly changed over the past 5 years. But don't kid yourself about the flow of funds, the vast, vast majority of the Market is still driven by institutional money. The retail crowd is growing, but still lags far behind. In my experience, most of my peers (boomers) have money in the market via IRA, mutual funds and DRiPs. Most neither have the time nor the inclination to manage a portfolio.
