Capt: Todate, that Yago and DEC deal have had little impact on earnings. The YAGO shareholders got 6.1m shares then valued at $80m & currently at $68m. They are also due another 5.5m shares if CS does not make the $35 grade by Sept 99.

Based on existing performance, the $35 grade now looks impossible.

OT...I'm in SLB, and watching it sink. Then Money comes out with an article to the effect that SLB is overpriced even at 52. What are your thoughts? You might respond by PM to avoid further OTs on this thread.
