Hmm. If they don't earn real cash at least, they believe we - the stockholders will provide it?

So when issuing stock all the time and adding nothing or little to company value, or market cap (see: SYQT), share price should go down at a 10% to 15% rate p.a.

got a cold call today from some house in CT pushing TNCX as a small cap. of course my short detector went off.unfortunately the stock is ~ $3. not shortable yet. for kicks i took a quick peak at the 8k and s3 they did. am i mistaken or is the bottom of their convertible at $ 3? any chance you can take a quick look at this and tell me if its a floorless or not. this might be a short if it can get above $ 5.
