I guess then we agree to disagree!

My understanding is that DRIV gets a cut on EACH ESD transaction as well as EACH online dealer sale. If you have seen the S-1 registration statement for DRIV it states:

DRIV "has contractual relationships with its software publisher and online retailer clients which obligate DRIV to pay to the client a specified percentage of each sale."

Hence, this is not a ONE TIME enabler of sales systems. DRIV gets a piece of each online transaction of its customers. Through the first 5 months of 1998, DRIV completed transactions for 689 software publishers and 70 online retailers.

DRIV is a tollkeeper in every sense of the term! Bill Gates is green with envy!
