I think that tsqd is more like a closed-end fund which is most often discounted to its stock holdings, thought itself trades as a stock, ie like tsqd. The alternative is for the fund/stock to trade at a premium, which was the desire in tsqd pre-ipo. An example of the stock trading at a premium is cmgi, but it was discounted relative to its holdings until exposed by tsc's story some months back. Tsqd's only bright side, at least for me, was to give an entry to driv, which seems to be holding back on its takeoff while adjusting its thrust potential and determining if 13 is lucky or unlucky. imho, stx.
