TSQD trades with a time lag to DRIV...think about it..

..there is nothing physically connecting TSQD and DRIV so TSQD trades in a time lag to DRIV now. You shouldn't be surprised by that. When DRIV value goes higher it takes a little time for those to see TSQD is now a better undervalue buy. Don't see how anyone could expect anything less.
