Regarding SEXI and FWIW this is Frank's response PM from last night:

Hi Eric; Charles Huttoe of SEXI went to federal prison. Also, Ted Melcher of the
infamous SGA Goldstar Research went to prison. As I recall they tried to perpetuate
the scam for as long as possible. I do not believe any shareholder has ever gotten a
dime of their losses back. I know that I have not. I hope this helps, Frank

Eric

Not really, jhild has a history of providing what appears to be good DD. Unfortunately it's virtually always the nego side, and without his credentials being posted, (actually he's overtly concealing them,) they are of little value except to ascribe them to the intentions of a shorter.

You know, one of those Canadian shorters that regularly favour us with their presence.

Well Jetter, you and Dixie seem intent on starting something. You persist in personal attacks, as though they constitute some form of due diligence on the company. I have yet to see you advance any substantive information or contribute to the conversation here except in a derogatory and personal way. I am unsure what drives each of you to seek out attention by detracting from others, other than your own insecurities and your slavish loyalty to promoting this stock, in the throes of very difficult circumstances.

If you are so concerned about the face amount of the paper that MTEI was in all likelihood trying to peddle, something that is wholly consistent with Jack Uselton's letter to stockholders, then I suggest that you call the company.

As it stands, it doesn't seem that you know Jack,
Jack Uselton that is.
