The 8/24/98 issue of Forbes ASAP magazine has an article by Goeffrey Moore (author of the book Gorilla Investing) on what he calls the "Enterprise Relationship Management" field. This includes customer service and support, sales force automation, and enterprise marketing automation. This is the front office affair. It is the equivalent of the Enterprise Resource Planning , a back office service,dominated by SAP and Peoplesoft. Seble is mentioned as being one of the dominant companies in customer service and support and sales force automation.He says that these front office software needs are growing faster than back office, and are much earlier in their growth curves. Despite this, SEBL stock continues to die on the vine. Why??
