I just called the Transfer Agent and they have no notice or anything on a cancelation. Just like everything you need to verify all information regardless who it comes from.

I just called NASD and they said the x date is July 7, 1998 and it has not been canceled.

Ask your broker how the Liquidating Trust affects the MIDLP. The Transfer Agent, imo, does not know and only does what they are told.
