I know the definition of tolerance, but the meaning used by others is what I've written usually to justify evil. Shall we be tolerant of lies, stealing, murder -- the question is when is something just a difference in opinion or the difference between good and evil. If someone doesn't believe something I do they can and should vote their conscience, but underlying all human law there are absolutes. Whether it is encoded in law or not -- I believe it is wrong to steal, murder, lie, etc. I think I'm in the majority, too.
