I agree that the company should put out some sort of announcement. In light of their current circumstances it is just possible that they, the company, is having their attorney's input as to what should be said. If the tables were turned and I had the federal government watching me as well as thousands of investors, I would be very careful what I put out. This is just my feelings only. PB
