Just got a return call from Jack. I must say that I am not too happy. I asked him point blank if the necessary paperwork had been submitted to a MM. His reply was NO. He stated that he still did not have all the proper accounting paperwork yet, and that it would be submitted when he got it. Some of the paperwork that he needs has to be obtained through a subpoena. Looks like we will not be trading for a while. Paul
