Pat, I think you have been watching too much TV. Occam's Razor may do fine for advancing a plot line for Jody Foster, but doesn't quite fit here.

PAT, Thank you for your response and I am sorry for anyone suffering a loss or potential loss. However, let me restate the question in the simplest of terms. Let's assume the the worst of the bashers for arguments sake...they are hoping for financial renumeration for their positions so they put a 'spin' on info and publish links that serve that end. How is this different from what the company and/or longs do with Investor Relation releases? In this scenario, would not the 'motives' of either side be identical? I view the halt as immaterial to the arguement. Shorts can't profit from a halted stock any more that a long. Still merely curious, lee
