Randi and All,
I've been thinking (god help us :>)). With 2600 shareholders on record (some brokers count as one shareholder) and total dilluted float of <30M common after the split/conversion and exercise (I think the number is actually around 26M but hard to tell).

This would mean the avg shareholder holds 1150 shares! Hmmmmm I hold 6 figure Ws and only 3 figure P and no common. 1 common=1 common 1P=35 common 1W=1 common after exercise. No wonder there are bashers here....
