Here you go Dusty ... Give this to you connection that provided all that wonderful DD on everyone but DF however apparently was unable to get the case numberseven after it was announced in the filings and news releases: Liquidating Trust which was filed on July 6, 1998 in the Denver District Court. The Tax ID number is 84-6329000 for Case # 16009. The actual Civil Suit was filed July 9, 1998, case number 98-D1495 has been assigned to Judge Wiley Daniel in the Denver Federal District Court. Maybe they can be successful at getting you a copy for your review and consideration now that you can give them the all the information so you can share the facts. GB
