Tod To: Tod C From: Beantown Monday, Aug 3 1998 2:55PM ET Tod, There were 2 different hearings today. First one eas a motion by MTEI to Qude Quash depostions at the 215th district court Harris County. the person I spoke to was in the actual court room (while on the phone with me). He said the judge granted the motion. Not really sure what a Qude Quash depostion means??. Whatever it is, hte Judge ruled in favor of MTEI. The second is at the Ancillvary (sp) court 1-713-755-6098, and the girl told me as of 2:35 est, they were still in with the judge. Andy
