Most holders are more 'permanent', and if investor's are getting a good feeling from 3Com, they will not want to sell. So low volume is possibly because there are lots of buyers waiting and few sellers. Ultimately, those buyers will have to pay higher price to get it in...if they really want to. This is my theory behind all that crazy accumulation we've had. Plus shorts are retreating after correction being this low. I think as long as the Naz is up pretty good, COMS will keep moving...
