i'm not saying to take this as advice, G, or anyone else.
its just a lesson i learned abt my emotions that would have
worked wonderfully in a past circumstance.

of course things are different in all stocks and at all times.
and i have mentioned this post several times! ...sorry for that! -g-

the way you feel right now demonstrates you can definitely think
as a buyer who wishes he hadn't, just as i did in my example, G.

i was clouded and unable to think of myself as a potential buyer
after that. the result.. i emotionally stung myself and was unable
to take advantage of the new opportunity that really mattered.
i was too hooked on the opportunity that failed.

"right now" a potential buyer might be thinking:
For CVIA, yahoo quotes is showing a market cap of 40,000?
Jack Arnold is motivated to be finished here?
The court case is over and done, but the "momentum" caused by K's
action is not?

The beauty of this (imo) is in the momentum.
i am trying to visualize this side of the equation carefully.
To me, K hasn't even come out to the box yet, and this
is not a stagnant situation by any means.

i am still not a shareholder
i enjoy reading the thread

i wonder if the board will consider unique and efficient
ways forming CVIA into an investment company and giving
the present shareholders top billing. Without mergers.
(only a suggestion they might think abt for a moment.)

Dave

Agreed, most have lost 90% on this ride. Reverse the split & we might have a chance.
