Janice, you asked: What part of the Form 15c2-11 requirements would entail getting hold of information not available to the company in normal ways? When a MM files a 15c2-11 for a non-reporting company he is required to obtain financial statements for the issuer and any predecessor companies for two prior years. Given the current lawsuit it may be that the former principals are not cooperating. Al P.S. Shareholders should know that it is more than just providing the required information to a MM. The MM must have a reasonable basis for believing that the information provided is correct and accurate in all material respects.
