It looks that DELL is building a base for short term and it will be done soon.

Tippet, based on the chart you provided, I would predict that DELL will move up on positive earnings, as it appears that there has been no run-up in anticipation of earnings. That means to me that investors are being (overly)cautious. Buy now, while you can.

Why are you so interested in a stock in which you have no position?
